WHILE THE NFL TEAMS ARE DRAFTING THE NEXT GENERATION OF STAR PLAYERS, BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS IS DRAFTING THE NEXT GENERATION OF MENTORS

In partnership with the NFL’s Inspire Change initiative, Big Brothers Big Sisters’ annual recruiting campaign—The Big Draft—invites individuals to become mentors for local youth. Here in East Central Wisconsin, our goal is to recruit 75 new mentors (“Bigs”) for local children in 75 days (between February 8 to April 24, 2026).

 

Right now, over 150 children in East Central Wisconsin are waiting for a mentor. If you or someone you know has been on the sidelines, now is the perfect time to step up, join the team, and make a BIG difference! Be an everyday hero. Be a game changer. Be a mentor. It takes LITTLE to be BIG!
