Big Brother James and Little Brother Preston have been matched for almost 5 years. Preston has thrived having a positive male role model in his life. Early on, the match did lots of active things together like play ball and play at playgrounds but now that Preston is starting to grow into his teen years, they are having fun finding new things to do and learn about together like life skills.
James is helping Preston learn to better process his feelings. Preston had dealt with teasing and bullying at school and having James as a person to confide in has been a great outlet for him. Preston was only 9 years old when he was matched with James, and they have been together from the beginning. As their friendship grew so has James’ support to help Preston succeed at school and in life.
